Being close to technology is harming us in several ways. It causes damage to the eyes and does the worst effect on our sleep. One can’t even sleep without listening to calm music anymore.
We find ourselves using mobiles or tv at any time we are with our families or our friends. We make plans for movies and game zones instead of going out in the countryside and having some chill time with our friends.
As we often don’t realize these things because our life is going smooth. But it is really a big issue for our greater future. It is time that we sit back and think about this issue.
If not much, then we can always try and start by little. We don’t need to give up on all the technology around us at once. But we can try and make little changes by avoiding it as much as we can.
