For example: in this method if you had your dinner at 8pm then you can have your meal the next day at 8pm. Similarly you can also use for lunch hours or at whatever time you want to do. This type is also done by many women from religious point of view also. During this fast you are not allowed to eat any solid food. However you can have some non caloric beverages. One thing that causes problem in this diet is it gets difficult to stay hungry for 24 hours. Strong will power and self discipline is required for such fasting.
